Alejandro Rubin
Alejandro Rubin was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. After finishing high school he moved to the United States with academic and athletic scholarships to pursue a degree in Graphic Design and Photography, and be part of the swim team at Saint Peter's University. The student-athlete system in the US gave him the opportunity to fulfill his passions of learning and growing professionally in the arts at the same time as competing and practicing swimming at a high level of competition.
Alejandro got his BA in the spring of 2015, and in the fall of 2016, he enrolled at New Jersey City University to pursue his MFA degree. During his MFA studies, Alejandro was in several art shows including one solo show at Watchung, NJ and he hopes to continue showing and making more art for the upcoming years.
