Nicola Stewart
Nicola Stewart has been an art teacher for more than 20 years, ranging her practice between three different countries: Australia, United Kingdom, and the United States. She earned a Bachelor of Visual Arts and a Masters in Teaching both from University of Sydney, Australia. Presently, she works as an art teacher at Ridge Elementary School, in Ridgewood, New Jersey. As a fine artist, she creates works from found objects that have an emphasis on sustainability, while simultaneously tackling current social issues.
